Itinerary

Journey Time: 10hrs 15min       

Very early in the morning you will be starting off your journey to Lake Nakuru National Park in Kenya, with a lunch stopover along the way. Arrival is foreseen in the evening and you will spend the rest of the day at leisure to relax after the long journey.

OVERNIGHT: At the lodge, Nakuru

After an early breakfast start off the day’s adventure where you will study about the geographic facts & history of this conservation area. This is a full day experience with a lunch break. The most important areas of study include:

Physical features; like Lion Hills, Makalia waterfalls, varied vegetation, picturesque landscape, and yellow acacia woodlands

Lake Nakuru National Park; located in the Great Rift Valley.

Lake Nakuru; which is the world’s flamingo hub with millions of lesser flamingos.

Journey Time: 3 Hrs 30 Min

Prior to your departure to Nairobi, enjoy your breakfast on a leisurely morning and later on embark on your journey to the capital city of Kenya.

Upon arrival in Nairobi, you will spend the rest of the day at leisure.

OVERNIGHT: At the hotel, Nairobi

You have this day to explore all the highlights of the city ranging from historical sites to wildlife conservation centers. These attractions for your study purposes include but not limited to:

  • The Nairobi Railway Museum
  • Karen Blixen Museum
  • Discover the people and culture at the Bomas of Kenya
  • Visit the Giraffe Centre

After the day’s excursion, you will return to your hotel and spend your leisure with dinner.

OVERNIGHT: At the Hotel, Nairobi

Journey Time: 7hrs 36min  

Early in the morning after your breakfast enjoy a train ride to Mombasa. The route taken will go through Tsavo East and Tsavo West National Parks offering you views of these amazing parks. Along the way you may see the Eastern Rift Valley, spot a variety of wildlife found within the parks together with stunning views composed of the rift valley escarpments and undulating hills.

Arrive in Mombasa, transfer to your hotel check in & spend the rest of the day at leisure in this exciting city.

OVERNIGHT: At the hotel, Mombasa

Today you will have breakfast at your hotel and then go for the Mombasa excursion. Apart from the Mombasa City tour, the other places of interest on this excursion include but not limited to the following:

  • Visit Haller Park
  • Visit Mamba Village
  • Fort Jesus
  • Uhuru Gardens
  • Mama Ngina Drive
  • Photo Opportunity at the Mombasa Tusks
  • Akamba Hand Craft Market

In the afternoon, have some fun at Wild Waters which is one of the most interesting water parks in East Africa.

OVERNIGHT: At the hotel, Mombasa

Mombasa is a seaport city on the coast of Kenya, along the Indian Ocean. It is the country's oldest and second-largest city after the capital Nairobi, with an estimated population of about 1.5 million people.

You will use the morning to visit Kilindini Harbor the largest, natural deep-water inlet extending inland from Mombasa, Kenya ranging between 45–55 meters at its deepest center. It serves as the harbor for Mombasa, with a hinterland extending to Uganda.

Spend the afternoon at the Beach having fun.

OVERNIGHT: At the hotel, Mombasa

On this day you will have breakfast and embark on your journey back home.

With lunch En-route & overnight in Nakuru including dinner.

Drop-off at Kenya – Uganda Boarder.
