Trip Itinerary

Transfer from Venice airport by private boat. Lunch at local restaurant. Then enjoy guided tour and glass blowing factory visit. Try gondola ride through the famous canals. Transfer by private boat to Tronchetto and by bus to the hotel in Venice mainland. Dinner at restaurant and overnight at hotel.

Today take time to visit one of the best monument of the Italian Renaissance Architecture. The original of Palladio’s most famous Villa Valmarana “La Rotonda” stands in the suburbs of Vicenza.


Many buildings in the United States, including iconic constructions like the White House and the Capitol Building, reflect the influence of Palladio.


Proceed to Padua and discover the best attractions including Prato della Valle, Basilica di Sant'Antonio and Cappella degli Scovegni (optional). After that enjoy the nice Venetian countryside to the Noventa McArthur Glen Outlet for shopping.

Besides the beaches of the Adriatic to Trieste there is a lot to discover: ruins of former Roman cities, ancient churches and lonely landscapes on the edge of the lagoon until short before Aquileia, once a large city of the Roman Empire.


Arrive in Trieste for orientation tour and visit to Miramare Castle and its lovely park on a cliff overlooking Adriatic Sea.

We leave of Italy, driving through Slovenia just for a few kilometers, we cross over the border into Croatia. The route travels through the Croatian part of Istria, the largest peninsula on the Adriatic with its slightly hilly terrain on the way to Poreç, the most important coastal city on the west coast of Istria.


It is certainly worth a visit to Euphrasian Basilica which has been taken up by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage Site and to pretty Rovinj. Then relax and drink in the natural beauty of Opatija, a town nestled between the sparkling waters of the Adriatic and a lovely forest of bay laurels.

Excursion starts from Opatija, driving on the coastal road to the bridge Krk and across the island. Sightseeing of the town, then driving to Punat and by boat to Košljun island for a short walking tour and visit of the monastery.


Returning to Punat and continuing with bus to Vrbnik you have the opportunity to visit a wine cellar and taste the local wines with specialties (optional).


Return to the mainland and proceed to the National Park Plitvice Lakes, one of the most famous national parks in Croatia and part of UNESCO intangible cultural heritage list.

Today we continue to Zadar. Join your local guide and learn all about the historic Old Town with its exceptional cultural heritage. Proceed to Zagreb the Croatia capital city.


Enjoy a guided walking tour of the Upper and Lower Town; catch a glimpse of the top attractions.

Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure till it is time to transfer to the airport for your flight home.
