Breakfast at the hotel. Head through Dhofar mountains, driving through canyons, photo stop at Wadi Dawkah Frankincense Tree Sanctuary. Thereafter head towards Ubar, passing by Thumrait and photo stop at Ubar Archaeological site in Shisr. Drive through the beautiful village of Al Hashman at the heart of Rub Al Khali. Have lunch and proceed to a desert trek covering 15kms, reaching the campsite Sunset time. Spend the rest of the evening relaxing at the campsite where you will have dinner and a local Bedouin will brief you on the Oman desert and the camel caravan of Rub Al Khali.

Early morning breakfast at the campsite as you watch the beautiful desert sunrise. Safety briefing for the self-drive in the desert and have a 30 minutes self-drive. Head towards the Eastern Region of Dhofar, passing through the petroleum region and visit Ash Shuwaymiyyah fishing village. After lunch, head towards Wadi Saq for a swim across the wadi and trek to the beach and retire.

After breakfast and packing up from the camping area, head towards the hiking start point. Safety instructions by our guide for the hike and terrain, this hiking route was used by frankincense harvesters and camel caravans. Have light picnic lunch, photo stops en route and our guide will relate facts about the frankincense trees and the harvesting process. Head towards the camping location of Bedouin tribal family who will host the evening with tales of the past. They will prepare live Oman traditional dinner.

Camel trek for an hour during sunrise, breakfast at the camping area thereafter you will pack up and depart for Salalah and stop at the beach for some time then depart.
