Explore Vienna’s Philarmonic Summer Night Concerts with this open air concert in Schönbrunn; have a special musical experience in the impressive setting of Schönbrunn Palace. Then go on adventure to Budapest & see the Palace of the Parliament, imposing St Stephen’s Basilica, Heroes’, & walk through the park Varosliget to admire the Castle of Vajdahunyad bound by the River Danube. Your tour takes Czech Republic’s Prague from where you will explore its famous cafes & bars to experience the excellent local food with a tour of its landmarks including the oldest university in Central Europe (1348). Continue explore the Jewish Quarter in Prague with one of the largest concentrations of Jewish culture in Europe with its synagogues, Jewish museum and cemetery. End your tour with Nuremberg, Rothenburg & Würzburg, exploring the war history of the German & Jews.

This morning after breakfast, take a guided tour through the ‘Pest’ part of Hungary’s historic capital. See the Palace of the Parliament, imposing St Stephen’s Basilica, Heroes’ Square with its statues and the Millennium Monument.Walk through the park Varosliget and admire grand Castle of Vajdahunyad. Bound by the River Danube, Budapest is crammed with baroque, neo-classical and art nouveau buildings.


The coach will then travel on to Vienna, Austria. Visit the vast Schönbrunn Palace, one of Vienna’s most significant and memorable grand buildings.

Today’s guided tour of Vienna begins with the   ''Ringstrasse'‘, an important road following the perimeter of the ancient city walls and separating it from the rest of the historical center of Vienna.


Finally, visit the ‘Hofburg’; former winter residence of the Habsburgs and home to the Imperial Treasury (Schatzkammer), Spanish Riding School, National Library and the Emperor's Tomb.

After breakfast this morning, enjoy the views from your coach as you are driven north from Austria into the Czech Republic and beautiful Prague.  Enjoy the rest of the day to relax or find some of Prague’s famous cafes and bars

Today’s city tour starts in wonderful Wenceslas Square. Be guided to the New City district, through avenue Am Graben and Piazza Della Repubblica. Enter Prague’s Old Town via the Powder Gate the Royal Route, past Theatre Stavovske and the oldest university in Central Europe – Charles University – founded in 1348. Now in Town Square, take in the outstanding Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque style buildings, including the famous Astronomical clock.


Continue walking through luxurious Paris Street to enter the Jewish Quarter, one of the largest concentrations of Jewish culture in Europe with its synagogues, Jewish museum and cemetery. Walk on to Charles Bridge, elegantly spanning the Vltava River. The tour ends in Old Town Square.

Head west today, crossing the border into Germany. Enjoy free time to explore Nuremburg, known as the heart of Bavaria.


Explore the walled Old Town and take in the cities complex artistic and political history. Then proceed   through the German countryside to medieval Rothenberg.


Hear how the town survived the Thirty Years’ War and step back in time while you wander through cobblestone lanes. Take pictures of the ramparts and towers, admire the 16th-century houses, and shop for Christmas ornaments, for which the town is famous. Drive along the scenic Romantic Road past small villages to Würzburg.
