Visit the 200-year-old “New Town” and the famous scientists, inventors, & novelists of Edinburgh with its Castle to admire Scotland’s Crown Jewels. Ge to Old Trafford Stadium & continue to Liverpool ‘home of the Beatles’, also Admire Anne Hathaway's Cottage, the beautiful 500-year-old cottage where Shakespeare courted his bride-to-be.  Don’t forget to meet & interact with the people of Europe with the opportunity to learn their culture & cuisines.

Trip Itinerary

Arrival at Edinburgh airport and transfer by bus to the city center.


City sightseeing with a local guide to the 200-year-old “New Town” and the famous scientists, inventors, and novelists who lived there. In the “Old Town,” visit Edinburgh Castle to admire Scotland’s Crown Jewels, then explore Holyrood Palace (when available).


Spend the afternoon at leisure with dinner at a restaurant and overnight at hotel.

Breakfast at hotel and departure to visit the wonderful Stirling Castle.  It is one of Scotland’s grandest castles due to its imposing position and impressive architecture.


In the afternoon return to Edinburgh for some time at leisure before dinner.

After breakfast depart to vibrant Glasgow. Guided tour to explore the fine 12th century cathedral, imposing university buildings and elegant Georgian squares built by wealthy tobacco barons.


In the afternoon proceed to Windermere Lake District for a cruise from Ambleside to Bowness to admire the natural beauties this area.


Dinner at local restaurant and overnight at hotel.

Today our tour drives to Manchester. Visit Old Trafford Stadium and free time for shopping at Arndale Center.


Afterwards continue to Liverpool, home of the Beatles, orientation tour and free time at leisure.

Today we start in the Roman fortress town of Chester. Walk along part of the city walls, see the Eastgate Clock, Chester Cathedral, remains of the Roman Amphitheatre and the unique black and white shopping arcades known as the ‘Rows.' Afterwards we depart for Stratford-upon-Avon.


Visit the birthplace of William Shakespeare and admire the architecture of this pretty town nestled beside the River Avon. Admire Anne Hathaway's Cottage, the beautiful 500-year-old cottage where Shakespeare courted his bride-to-be.


Cross into Wales and head for the capital of Cardiff on the River Taff. Orientation tour before dinner and overnight at hotel.

Cross the Severn Bridge and travel to the City of Bath, a UNESCO World Heritage Site built above Britain's only thermal, mineral springs. Travel across Salisbury Plain to visit the prehistoric and mysterious Stonehenge, where the strange and   awe-inspiring monoliths are reputed to be up to 5,000 years old.


Your journey concludes upon arrival in London.

Have breakfast at the hotel, and with a local guide tour all the famous landmarks: The Houses of Parliament and Big Ben beside the Thames River, Westminster Abbey, Whitehall’s mounted horse-guards, the Prime Minister’s Downing Street residence, Piccadilly Circus, and Buckingham Palace.


A special highlight is a ride on the London Eye, the giant observation wheel, with stunning views of the city. Free time in the afternoon for independent activities. Return to the hotel for dinner & relaxation.

Today, take the opportunity to enjoy London on your own. You could visit the British Museum, Madame Tussauds celebrity wax figure exhibition, or shopping at Bicester Village Outlet.
